Shipping to UK via Royal Mail and ROW via Fed Ex

After a watch has been tested and is keeping time it is package securely in a Leather pouch, Pinchbeck branded box, padded outer box and sent via RM FeX. A signature is always required.

Tax

*Our quoted prices include 20% UK VAT, which is not chargeable on watches delivered to countries outside the UK; however, you may have to pay local import duty or other taxes. We recommend that you check before ordering, as we cannot accept any liability for such charges.

Returns

Returns are accepted after 30 days on non bespoke orders.

 

If your Pinchbeck watch fails to work, or to keep good time, because of manufacturing defect within two years of purchase from new, we will repair it free of charge upon receipt at our Lincoln address. Tanner Bates leather straps, being made from organic material, are guaranteed by us for one year.

 

The warranty will become invalid if the watch is opened by anyone other than ourselves.

 

The costs of delivery to our premises, and of return shipping and duties payable outside the UK, are not covered. Please email us before returning a watch from outside the UK. We cannot accept any responsibility for import tax or duty on items returned from outside the UK, and it is very important that any paperwork or labelling is clearly marked 'watch returned for repair and re-export’.

 

Special terms apply to watches with bespoke features, as these are made to individual specification. The 30 day guarantee of satisfaction does not apply, and orders are accepted on this condition (they do, of course, carry our normal 2 year warranty). However, we will, of course, work to ensure your complete satisfaction in the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your watch as delivered.

We recommend that you have your watch serviced by us every 3-5 years.
