That's not a problem. We regularly service and repair watches outside their warranty period. We'll assess the watch, explain what work is required and provide guidance on the best course of action.

Every new Pinchbeck watch includes a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal use. Should an issue arise during that period, we'll work directly with you to resolve it.
