Delivery is generally free of charge, although accessories such as straps, etc, costs vary depending on the destination and the value of the watch being shipped. Current delivery charges are displayed during the ordering process. If you have any questions before placing an order, we're always happy to help.

Once your watch has been completed and dispatched, UK deliveries are usually completed within one to two working days. We'll provide tracking details once the watch leaves the workshop.

Yes. Many customers choose to collect their watch directly from the workshop in Lincoln. Collection appointments can be arranged in advance and provide an opportunity to meet the team and see where your watch was assembled.

Yes. Many Pinchbeck watches are purchased to mark significant birthdays, anniversaries, retirements and other milestones. If your watch is intended as a gift, let us know and we'll discuss the available options.

Yes. If you're sending a watch as a gift, we're happy to discuss presentation options and including a personal message where appropriate.

Absolutely. If the watch is intended for a birthday, anniversary, retirement, wedding or another important milestone, let us know as early as possible and we'll do our best to help with timings.

Because the delivery is the final part of the process. Your watch may have spent weeks moving through the workshop, and we want the experience of receiving it to feel every bit as considered as the process of building it. For us, dispatch isn't the end of a transaction. It's the beginning of ownership.
